We all chill out, watch Netflix, perhaps we go to the pub with friends.
Yukai draws.
She draws about what she experiences, from everyday life commuting on the tube to weekends out of the city. All sorts of things inspire her: Chinese love poems, a line of trees, her home shelf units, her dreams.
This is an exhibition of her personal works that includes both still images and GIF animations in her distinctive style.
Yukai Du is an award-winning UK-based illustrator and animator, with a client list that includes Adobe Systems, CNN, New York Times, WIRED, TED Talks, BBC, The Guardian and many more.
